New Specialist Bulk Wins – Cleanaway, Victoria and New South Wales
Wettenhalls has recently begun a new long term contract with Cleanaway, transporting processed green waste from Cleanaway’s plant in Clarinda to Gippsland’s Soil and Organic Recycling Facility (SORF) located at Dutson Downs, Gippsland.
Altona Facility Progress

Fleet replacement program
Wettenhalls continues to aggressively upgrade its prime mover fleet. Since late 2017, we have taken delivery of our 30th Scania prime mover.
Community Giving Program
This year we have embarked on our community giving program. Our vision for this program is to provide equal opportunity and access to quality education for young Australians living in the communities in which we operate and where our employees live.
Jason O’Keife joins us as General Manager - Safety Health and Environment. Jason is so passionate about being part of the Wettenhalls safety journey that he has relocated to Geelong from Adelaide with his wife Caroline and son, Rabhin.

New Contract Win: Liberty OneSteel Recycling
Recently, Wettenhalls was awarded a new contract with Liberty OneSteel Recycling in Melbourne.
The new contract involves the transportation of shredded steel from SIMS Metal in Brooklyn, Melbourne to the Liberty OneSteel site in Laverton using four dedicated High Productivity Quad Axle Tipper combinations.
Wettenhalls Run Geelong Team
Wettenhalls recently fielded a corporate team and participated in the GMHBA Run Geelong event for the third consecutive year, helping to raise funds for the Geelong hospital.
Thirty-eight people were registered under the Wettenhalls team coming from different offices, with some staff making the journey from Colac, Brooklyn and Clayton.
